DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellants for a stay pending the determination of an appeal from a judgment of the Justice Court of the Town of Clarkstown, Rockland County, entered December 24, 2014, and, in effect, for summary reversal. Cross motion by respondent for an order directing appellants to deposit an undertaking with the court below.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and cross motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking a stay pending the determination of the appeal is granted on condition that the appeal be perfected on or before August 7, 2015, and the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event that the above condition is not met, the court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, or respondent may move to vacate the stay on three days' notice; and it is further,
ORDERED that the cross motion is denied.
