Motion by appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Town of Greenburgh, Westchester County, rendered January 17, 2013, for a "special order for releasing a status report of presentencing report and a presentencing report with all the other related documents from the probation department to the defendant and/or to his counsel."
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
By decisions and orders on motions of this court dated March 21, 2013 and December 23, 2013, the Department of Probation was authorized and directed to provide assigned counsel with a copy of the pre-sentence report, if any, prepared in connection with appellant's sentencing, including the recommendation sheet and any prior reports on appellant which are incorporated or referred to in the report.
