DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by the City of New York from two orders of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated January 28, 2014, and October 23, 2014, respectively, and separate appeal by Haks Engineers Architects and Land Surveyors, P.C., from an order of the same court dated November 12, 2014. The City of New York served and filed a joint record on the appeals and its brief on May 19, 2015.

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that Haks Engineers Architects and Land Surveyors, P.C., shall serve and file its brief raising the issues on its appeal and responding to the brief filed by the City of New York on or before June 24, 2015; and it is further,

ORDERED that the respondents shall serve and file their respective briefs on or before July 29, 2015; the City of New York shall serve and file its reply brief on or before September 2, 2015; and Haks Engineers Architects and Land Surveyors, P.C., shall serve and file its reply brief on or before September 17, 2015.
