DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Frank G. for leave to appeal to this Court from two orders of the Family Court, Orange County, dated April 8, 2015, and to stay enforcement of the orders, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that enforcement of the orders is stayed pending either hearing and determination of the appeals or final determination of all of the above-entitled proceedings in the Family Court, Orange County, whichever occurs first; and it is further,

ORDERED that during the pendency of this stay Frank G. may relocate with the subject children to the State of Florida on condition that he returns to New York for all court dates and makes the children available for all access appointments.
