Appeals having been taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Oneida County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on May 27, 2014, and June 2, 2014, and the attorney for the children Daniel W. and Daiana W. having moved for an extension of time within which to file and serve her brief, and to consolidate the appeals taken by Danielle W. with the appeal taken by Daniel P.,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Jessica Reynolds-Amuso, Esq., dated May 6, 2015, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to file a brief on the appeals taken by Danielle P. is granted on condition that the attorney for the children submit ten copies of her brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before June 25, 2015, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
