ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated May 22, 2015, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 25, 2013, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the date "June 1, 2015," and substituting therefor the date "June 15, 2015."
