ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated May 21, 2015, in the above-entitled appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 4, 2014, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the date "June 1, 2015," and substituting therefor the date "July 1, 2015."
