ORDERED that the decision and order on application of this Court dated April 21, 2015, in the above-entitled appeal is recalled and vacated and the following decision and order on application is substituted therefor:
Application to withdraw an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated December 1, 2014.
Upon the stipulation of the attorneys for the respective parties dated April 13, 2015, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the appeal is deemed withdrawn, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,
ORDERED that the stay granted by decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 27, 2015, is vacated forthwith.
