Separate motions by Jessica Graham, Joseph Graham, and Christina Graham, inter alia, for poor persons relief and the assignment of counsel on an appeal and cross appeals from an order of the Family Court, Richmond County, dated March 19, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that Jessica Graham is not aggrieved (see CPLR 5511); and it is further,
ORDERED that the cross appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies from an order entered upon the default of the appealing party (see CPLR 5511); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motions are denied.
