DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by New York State Black, Puerto Rican, Hispanic and Asian Legislative Caucus of the New York State Legislature for leave to serve and file an amicus curiae brief on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated March 19, 2015. Separate motion by Medgar Evers College for leave to serve and file an amicus curiae brief. Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motions are granted, and on or before June 2, 2015, the amici curaie shall serve two copies of their respective briefs on the parties to the appeals pursuant to CPLR 2103(b)(1), (3), or (6), and file nine copies of their respective briefs with the Clerk of this Court; and it is further,

ORDERED that no oral argument by the amici curiae shall be permitted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the parties to the appeals, if they be so advised, may serve and file reply briefs to the amici curiae briefs on or before June 11, 2015.
