On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order of this Court dated May 20, 2015, which determined appeals from a decision of the Family Court, Nassau County dated June 30, 2014, and an order of the same court, dated July 1, 2014, is amended by (1) deleting the third decretal paragraph thereof, and (2) adding to the second decretal paragraph after the word "affirmed" the words "without costs or disbursements."
