DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Separate motions by Jessica Graham, Joseph Graham, and Christina Graham, inter alia, for poor person relief and the assignment of counsel on appeals from an order of the Family Court, Richmond County, dated March 19, 2015.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that the respondent-appellant and the nonparty-appellants are not aggrieved (see CPLR 5511); and it is further,

ORDERED that the motions are denied.
