ORDERED that the decisions and orders on motion of this Court dated February 4, 2015, and May 21, 2015, respectively, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, rendered June 19, 2013, are amended by deleting from the first paragraphs thereof the date "June 20, 2013" and substituting therefor the date "June 19, 2013."
