| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by Sati Mohan and Posr A. Posr from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered June 3, 2013. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 27, 2015, the branch of the respondents' motion which was to dismiss the appeal was denied on condition that on or before April 25, 2015, the appellants serve and file a supplemental appendix containing certain material and remove certain material from the appellants' appendix filed with the Clerk of this Court. The appellant has failed to serve and file the supplemental appendix and remove the material from the appellants' appendix.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 27, 2015.
