DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondents-appellants for leave to serve and file a supplemental record on appeals and cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated July 20, 2014, and a judgment of the same court dated November 18, 2014, containing the memoranda of law filed by the parties in connection with the motion that resulted in the order dated July 20, 2014. Application by the respondents-appellants pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and on or before July 2, 2015, the respondents-appellants shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the memoranda of law filed by the parties in connection with the motion that resulted in the order dated July 20, 2014; and it is further,

ORDERED that the application is granted, the respondents-appellants' time to serve and file an answering brief, including its points of argument on the cross appeals (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]), is enlarged until July 2, 2015, and the respondents-appellants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
