| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Michael S. Ross for leave to withdraw as counsel for Gerald H. Abrams, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on April 26, 1972, under the name Gerald Howard Abrams. By decision and order of this Court dated April 24, 2015, Mr. Abrams was immediately suspended from the practice of law pursuant to 22 NYCRR 691.13(b) due to incapacity by reason of mental infirmity.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, on or before June 15, 2015, Michael S. Ross, shall serve his client by one of the methods specified in CPLR 2103(c), with a copy of this decision and order on motion and shall file proof of service with the Clerk of the Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further proceedings shall be taken against the respondent, Gerald H. Abrams, admitted as Gerald Howard Abrams, without leave of the Court, until the expiration of 30 days after service upon him of a copy of this decision and order on motion.
