Motion by the appellant, in effect, to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 20, 2015, which dismissed an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated March 19, 2015, on the ground that no appeal lies as of right from a nondispositional order in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 8, and for leave to appeal to this Court from the order dated March 19, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
