Motion by the appellant pro se, inter alia, to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 12, 2014, which dismissed her appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated July 9, 2012, and to reinstate the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant shall make no further motions in this Court in connection with this appeal, without prior leave of this Court.
