DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant Stan Xuhui Li to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated March 6, 2015, pending hearing and determination of appeals therefrom. Separate motion by the appellant Family Medical Practice of Bayshore, P.C., inter alia, to stay enforcement of the order dated March 6, 2015, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion by the appellant Stan Xuhui Li to stay enforcement of the order dated March 6, 2015, and the branch of the motion by the appellant Family Medical Practice of Bayshore, P.C., which is to stay enforcement of the order dated March 6, 2015, are granted, and enforcement of the order is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals on condition that the appeals are perfected on or before July 2, 2015; and it is further,

ORDERED that in the event the appeals are not perfected on or before July 2, 2015, the Court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, without further notice, or the respondent may move to vacate the stay, on three days notice; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion by the appellant Family Medical Practice of Bayshore, P.C., is otherwise denied.
