| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the attorney for the child on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated April 1, 2015, inter alia, in effect, to enlarge the record to include a certain forensic report, and to enlarge the time of the attorney for the child to serve and file their respective briefs.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time of the attorney for the child to serve and file a brief is granted, the time of the attorney for the child to serve and file a brief is enlarged until June 9, 2015, and the brief of the attorney for the child must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall serve and file a reply brief, if any, on or before June 15, 2015; and it is further,
ORDERED that service of the briefs in this appeal shall be effected pursuant to CPLR 2103(b)(1), (3), or (6); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
