Motion by Matthew McEntee for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated May 12, 2015, to stay the foreclosure sale of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and for poor person relief.
Upon the order to show cause, it is
ORDERED that the motion is dismissed for failure to serve the order to show cause in accordance with its terms.
