DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by District Attorneys Association of the State of New York for leave to serve and file an amicus curiae brief on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated March 19, 2015.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before June 4, 2015, the amicus curaie shall serve two copies of its brief on the parties to the appeals pursuant to CPLR 2103(b)(1), (3), or (6), and file nine copies of its brief with the Clerk of this Court; and it is further,

ORDERED that no oral argument by the amicus curiae shall be permitted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the parties to the appeals, if they be so advised, may serve and file a reply brief to the amicus curiae brief on or before June 12, 2015.
