Motion by the petitioner to compel the respondent New York State Division of Human Rights to produce the full administrative record in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, which was transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated June 26, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic as the full administrative record was filed in the office of the Clerk of the Court on May 5, 2015.
