Plaintiffs having moved to consolidate the appeals and cross appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Erie on July 22, 2014, and for an extension of time to perfect their appeals,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Gregory V. Pajak, Esq., dated April 30, 2015, the affirmations of Kevin J. Graff, Esq., dated May 4, 2015, and the notices of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motions are granted, and the appeals and cross appeal from the order entered July 22, 2014, are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals, and

It is further ORDERED that plaintiffs' motions for extensions of time to perfect their appeals are granted, and plaintiffs shall perfect their appeals on or before July 27, 2015and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
