| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the plaintiffs-respondents, in effect, to enlarge the record on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated December 24, 2013, to include certain documents or, in the alternative, for this Court to take judicial notice of those documents, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file the plaintiffs-respondents' brief is denied as premature, as the appellant's time to serve and file the amended brief was enlarged until July 6, 2015, by decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 20, 2015; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
