| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se to enlarge the judgment roll on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered August 10, 2010, to include the indictment and the minutes of the grand jury proceedings, and for leave to file exhibits to his pro se supplemental brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the judgment roll to include the indictment is denied as unnecessary; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
