Motion by the appellant to vacate an order of this court dated February 17, 2015, which dismissed an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County entered April 8, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is hereby,
ORDERED that the motion is granted the court's order dismissing the appeal is vacated; and it is further,
ORDERED on the court's own motion, that appellant's time to perfect the appeal is hereby enlarged and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed within 60 days of the date of this order.
