Motion by defendant for leave to reargue his prior motion for an extension of time to take an appeal from a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered May 22, 2014, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated March 9, 2015, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Appellate Division from the decision and order on motion of this court.
