Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered January 16, 2014, to extend his time to renew his prior motion for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appellant's time to renew his prior motion for poor person relief and for the assignment of counsel is extended until August 7, 2015.
