The People of the State of New York, Plaintiff, v Martin E. Niedermeier, Defendant.

Motion by defendant, on applications for certificates granting leave to appeal to this court from orders of the Justice Court of the Village of Ardsley, Westchester County, entered July 18, 2014 and August 15, 2014, respectively, for leave to consolidate the two appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied, as the application for a certificate granting leave to appeal to this court from the order dated July 18, 2014 has been denied.
