Motion by plaintiff for leave to reargue defendant's prior application pursuant to CPL 450.15 and 460.15 for a certificate granting leave to appeal to this court from an order of the City Court of Peekskill, Westchester County, entered October 29, 2014, which was granted by me in a decision and order on application dated March 30, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that, upon reargument, the determination in the decision and order on application dated March 30, 2015 is adhered to.
