| SCHEDULING ORDER |
Appeals by Ruth Haas from five orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, one dated May 13, 2014, three dated May 16, 2014, and one dated July 28, 2014. The transcripts in the above-entitled appeals were received by the appellant on May 28, 2015. Pursuant to § 670.4(a) of the rules of this Court (22 NYCRR 670.4[a]), it is
ORDERED that within 60 days of the date of this order, the appellant shall perfect the appeals or submit an affidavit or an affirmation withdrawing the appeals; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant is directed to provide copies of the transcripts to all of the other parties to the appeals, including the attorneys for the children if any, when the appellant's record and brief are served upon those parties; and it is further,
ORDERED that if the appeals have not been perfected or withdrawn within 60 days of the date of this order, the Clerk of the court shall issue an order to all parties to the appeals to show cause why the appeal should or should not be dismissed.
