On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 5, 2015, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals and cross appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 11, 2014, and March 3, 2015, respectively, is amended by deleting from the preamble thereof the words "Buffalo Machinery Co., Ltd.," and substituting therefor the words "MSC Industrial Direct Co., Inc."
