Application by the petitioner pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 which was transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated October 27, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the petitioner's time to perfect the proceedings is enlarged until August 27, 2015, and the record or appendix and the petitioner's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
