DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court in the above-entitled case which granted the motion of Charles A. Murray, an attorney in good standing in the District of Columbia, to be admitted pro hac vice to represent the appellant in order to make an application for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate a decision and order of this Court dated April 22, 1991 (People v Hall, 172 AD2d 771), affirming a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered January 8, 1990, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, is recalled and vacated.
