Motion by Charles A. Murray, an attorney in good standing in the District of Columbia, to be admitted pro hac vice to represent the appellant in order to make an application for a writ of error coram nobis for leave to make a late application for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the County Court, Westchester County, dated July 10, 2008, which denied the defendant's motion to vacate a judgment of the same court rendered January 8, 1990.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted.
