| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered March 25, 2015, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 4, 2015, as conditioned a stay of enforcement of the order entered March 25, 2015, and of all proceedings in the above-entitled action upon the perfection of the appeal on or before June 2, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 4, 2015, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "June 2, 2015," and substituting therefor the date "August 10, 2015."
