| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents for leave to reargue an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 10, 2013, which was determined by decision and order of this court dated March 4, 2015. Separate motion by the appellants for leave to reargue the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the respondents' motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants' motion is granted and the decision and order of this Court dated March 4, 2015, is amended by adding thereto, after the final paragraph thereof, the following paragraph:
"The appellants remaining contentions are not properly before this Court (see Katz v Katz, 68 AD2d 536, 542-543)."
