Motion by Pamela Harley, inter alia, to reinstate an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated September 18, 2014, which was dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 17, 2015, on the ground that Pamela Harley was not authorized to file a notice of appeal on behalf of Lucille Harley.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
