Motion by the appellant, inter alia, in effect, to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 3, 2015, which dismissed an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated August 12, 2013, for failure to timely perfect or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order on motion of this Court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
