Motion by Columbia Land Conservancy, Inc., Dutchess Land Conservancy, Genesee Land Trust, Inc., Hudson Highlands Land Trust, Inc., Mohonk Preserve, Rondout-Esopus Land Conservancy, Inc., Scenic Hudson Land Trust, Inc., Tug Hill Tomorrow Land Trust, Open Space Institute, Inc., Peconic Land Trust, Wallkill Valley Land Trust, Western New York Land Conservancy, Inc., and Land Trust Alliance, Inc., for leave to file an amici curiae brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Orange County, entered September 10, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the amici curiae brief must be served on the parties, and nine copies filed in this Court, on or before June 30, 2015; and it is further,
ORDERED that no oral argument by the amici curiae shall be permitted; and it is further,
