Motion by the appellants, in effect, to hold in abeyance an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered October 22, 2014, pending certain proceedings in the Supreme Court, Nassau County, or to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal until December 31, 2015.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appellants' time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until August 10, 2015, the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date, and the motion is otherwise denied.
