ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 4, 2015, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered April 23, 2013, is amended by deleting from the second decretal paragraph thereof the date July 8, 2015," and substituting therefor the date "August 31, 2015."
