| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent, inter alia, to dismiss an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 2, 2014, for failure to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 26, 2015, which directed the appellant, inter alia, to serve and file a supplemental record containing certain material on or before March 30, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to dismiss the appeal is granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
