ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 2, 2015, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered October 24, 2012, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the date "December 11, 2011" and substituting therefor the date "December 12, 2011."
