Motion by Meir Neustadt for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated April 2, 2015, and, inter alia, to stay enforcement of a certain judgment of foreclosure and sale, pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,
