| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the petitioner for a default judgment in a proceeding pursuant to Public Officers Law § 36 to remove Charles E. Butler, Jr., from the office of Treasurer of the Bridgehampton Fire District, on the ground that the respondent did not file an answer.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the petitioner's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until July 15, 2015, and the proceeding will be calendared after the petitioner's brief has been filed.
