ORDERED that the decisions and orders on motion of this Court dated June 4, 2015, and June 8, 2015, respectively, in the above-entitled matters, on appeals from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated March 31, 2015, are amended by deleting from the caption thereof the words "Neal S. Mallor, respondent-appellant," and substituting therefor the words "Neal S. Mallor, respondent."
