DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent Bradley S. Gross for leave to reargue his opposition to the appellant's prior motion to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 26, 2014, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 10, 2015, and to dismiss the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
