DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Separate motions by the respondent South Nassau Communities Hospital and the respondent Andrew Goldstein, inter alia, to direct the appellants to serve and file a supplemental record containing the missing pages from the hospital chart of the appellants' decedent at South Nassau Communities Hospital, which was part of the record on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated June 4, 2013, and to enlarge their time to serve and file their respective briefs.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to direct the appellants to serve and file a supplemental record containing the missing pages from the hospital chart of the appellants' decedent at South Nassau Communities Hospital is granted, and on or before July 17, 2015, the appellants shall serve and file a supplemental record containing that material; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the movants' time to serve and file their respective briefs is granted, the movants' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until August 17, 2015, and the movants' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
